Copper Canyon Family Dentistry Canyon Club
Our goal here at Copper Canyon Family Dentistry is to foster a lifelong relationship with our patients by promoting accessible dental care. We want every patient to experience optimal oral health. One way we are trying to make dental care accessible is by offering the Canyon Card to our patients that do not currently have dental insurance or any other discount plan.
Mission of Canyon Club
The mission of our Canyon Club is to create a life-long partnership with our patients to help them achieve optimal oral, and ultimately overall, health, and to reward our patients for that relationship. By promoting oral health, we want to help our patients prevent problems and more invasive, costly treatment.
Benefits of Canyon Club
The benefits of membership in the Canyon Club are a 20% discount on nearly all of our standard fees, including cosmetic procedures (not valid with any other discounts or insurance); access to specialists who also offer a discount on their fees; a great patient referral program; no deductibles, co-pays, or annual membership fees; immediate access to these benefits upon membership enrollment.
The Canyon Club differs from a traditional dental insurance plan in several ways. Once a patient becomes a member, there is no waiting period to start receiving benefits. We have no frequency limitations for replacement prostheses, no missing tooth clauses, no restrictions on how many cleanings per year, and no monthly premium. The discount can be applied to cosmetic procedures such as whitening or cosmetic crowns. And our focus is on fostering a lasting relationship with patients.
Requirements of Canyon Club
Patients are eligible for enrollment in the Canyon Club after they have established their commitment to oral health within our office – usually upon their second hygiene appointment that follows our recall recommendation.
To stay enrolled, patients must follow their individually recommended preventive care regimen (every 3, 4, 6, 12 months) unless there is some extenuating circumstance such as loss of job, death in family, etc. In this unique situation, the patient must be seen at least once every 12 months for a preventive care appointment consisting of an exam, cleaning and any necessary radiographs. This is to ensure that we are able to diagnose and attempt to prevent any oral complications such as periodontal disease, cavities, etc. Non-compliance with the recommended preventive care program for 2 consecutive years will disqualify patient from benefits.
